Our Story: Built from the Ground Up
Glisten Property Maintenance began in 2022 with a simple setup — a bucket, a squeegee, and a bold vision.
As Sydney emerged from the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bronte local Miles Teasdale saw a growing need for reliable, detail-focused property maintenance. Determined to raise the standard of exterior cleaning, he launched Glisten from the garage of his coastal home with a clear goal: to provide high-quality service with professionalism, pride, and a personal touch.
It didn’t take long for word to spread. Clients quickly noticed the difference not just in the pristine results, but in the care, punctuality, and consistency that defined every job. From sparkling windows to spotless driveways, Glisten earned a reputation for exceeding expectations and showing up with purpose.
In 2025, Miles welcomed Hugh Buttling as Operations Manager and Partner. Having been involved with Glisten in its early days, Hugh brought back a deep understanding of the business along with a sharp eye for detail and a shared commitment to excellence. Together, they scaled the business from a solo venture to a team of over 15 skilled technicians, servicing homes, commercial properties, and strata buildings across Greater Sydney.
Today, Glisten Property Maintenance is trusted by hundreds of clients and continues to grow through word of mouth, great service, and an unwavering commitment to quality. While the team and tools have grown, the mission remains the same: to deliver consistently high standards of work, backed by reliability, professionalism, and care.
