Meet Hugh Buttling — Co-Founder and Director at Glisten Clean, based in Sydney.
Hugh helped start Glisten Clean back in the early days, took some time away to focus on other things, and came back in 2025 as a partner. Since returning, he’s been working hard to grow the business and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

He’s the one making sure jobs are booked, gear’s ready, and everything gets done properly. You’ll often find him on-site, double-checking the details or jumping in to help when things get busy. He’s big on doing things right the first time and making sure customers are happy, not just getting the job done and moving on.

Hugh’s also into sport and brings that competitive mindset to work every day. He’s focused on building something solid with Glisten Clean, a company that delivers real value and keeps improving over time.
